North Etiwanda Preserve

This trail is great for beginner and intermediate hikers. Located by the San Bernardino National Forest, North Etiwanda Preserve does not require a parking pass and can get busy on weekends...so make sure you come early! When you reach the main entrance, there is an option to go left or right. Both ways will give you a great workout. My friends, and I decided to go right which led us to a small waterfall and great views of the Inland Empire from a distance. This trail can be done as little as 3 miles or to make it longer, you can follow the loop to the gauging station in Day Canyon.

Hike Breakdown:
Level: Easy-Moderate
Distance: 3.7-5.7 miles
Elevation Gain: 500-950 feet
Parking: Free
